Dear All,<br><br>Social Development Training Center (SDTC) would like to announce the 02 training courses on <b>"Participatory Needs Assessment and Community Development Planning"</b> and <b>"Staff Management"</b> in the middle of April 2011 at Ton Duc Thang University, HCMC. <br>
<br>The courses is designed for staff from NGOs, local social organizations, state officers, and other interested individuals that has been working in development projects. <br><br>There is also a support policy from SDTC with a discount of 20% tuition for LSOs.
