Young Change Agents for Good Governance and Sustainable Development in Vietnam</i></b>”
is a project developed with young people, for young people, by Rosa Luxemburg
Stiftung and Live & Learn for Environment and Community. On 5<sup>th</sup>
August, the training course “Be Change Agents 2011” (BCA2011), which is a core
activity of the project, will be introduced to youth in the South with cooperation
from Student Assistance Center of Ho Chi Minh City.</span></p>

its inspiration from the “<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Vietnam Youth
and Sustainable Development Summit” </i>in 2009 and 2010 and <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">“Promoting youth leadership in community and
volunteer programs 2010”</i>. The course facilitated young people in Ha Noi
with deep and lively learning experiences and reflections on change and
development. Here are their evaluations after the course in Ha Noi: <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">“This is a very special class I ever
participated. We all engaged in many real-life case studies to understand and
learn to solve problems. Together we built a learning network to share and
exchange useful ideas and practices”. “Topics like sustainable development,
project management or corruption, etc, often sound abstract to us, young people.
However, when we learn and share together, particularly from our own
experiences and feelings related to the topics, we easily build understanding
and awareness about our roles and responsibilities in building a sustainable
life”. </i></span></p>

Learn) phối hợp thực hiện. Vào ngày 5 tháng 8, BCA2011 sẽ đến với các bạn trẻ
tại miền Nam với sự cộng tác của Trung tâm Hỗ trợ Sinh viên Thành phố Hồ Chí
Minh. </span></p>

cộng đồng - Cracking Class 2010”</i>. BCA2011 đã gây ấn tượng mạnh với các bạn
trẻ tại Hà Nội với những trải nghiệm thực tế và chiêm nghiệm sâu sắc về phát triển
và thay đổi. Nội dung thú vị và phương pháp đa dạng tích lũy từ các chương
trình xây dựng năng lực lãnh đạo được áp dụng trong khoá học. Các bạn trẻ tại
Hà Nội chia sẻ: <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">“Đây là lớp học đặc biệt
nhất từ trước đến giờ mà mình được tham gia. Các thành viên được cùng
thảo luận, cùng tham gia những bài tập tình huống để hiểu và tìm cách giải
quyết mỗi vấn đề. Chúng mình cũng đã cùng nhau tạo nên một mạng lưới chia sẻ, học
hỏi và trao đổi với nhau rất thú vị”. “Những chủ đề như Phát triển bền vững,
