It is an exciting event that will discuss the changing context of development and overseas aid within Vietnam and the opportunities and challenges this represents. </font></div>

How are international NGOs responding to such changes, and how can Vietnamese Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) respond to both the challenges and opportunities these changes represent? </font></div>
