Sub-tropics” (TERMA VN) – focus Water Resources Management in Vietnam. M.Sc.
degree is granted by Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Germany.<span> </span>The program started in 2009, with the aim of
educating international-standard researchers and managers in technology and
resources management. </span></p>

support, annually TERMA VN provide 6-8 scholarships for studying in Vietnam and 4-6 scholarships to study in Germany for 01
