I'd like to inform you of grant opportunities for Vietnamese NGOs to
implement direct grants to be made via the USAID Development Grant
Program (DGP). More information about how to proceed and the themes
for applications are in the attached Request for Applications (RFA)
that USAID in Washington just announced two days ago. The RFA can
also be found on <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.grants.gov" target="_blank">www.grants.gov</a>.
These are targeted at Vietnamese NGOs that do not have prior
experience to implement direct USAID grants, and include local
capacity-building support.
