nhằm góp phần xây dựng văn kiện Đại hội XII của Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam và hoạch định chính sách phát triển Việt Nam đến năm 2035. Nghiên cứu tập trung xác định hành động chiến lược và chính sách quan trọng để Việt Nam đạt được mục tiêu trở thành một quốc gia
giàu có và hiện đại, mang lại sự thịnh vượng cho mọi người dân.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
