What about moving the deadline to this Friday Dec 25th ạ?
I understand this is a very busy period and the proposed schedule is pretty tight for your side.
However, if we extend it to longer, we will not have enough time to set up everything before Sabria’s arrival.

Your email really makes my day.
Thank you a lot for your huge support in spreading the information to all member organizations of CRWG.
We really didn’t expect there would be that many of them interested in having Sabrina as an intern.

As mentioned in my initial email, Sabrina would want to start from January 10th 2016, thus it will be the best if we can receive the list of organizations before this Wednesday – December 23rd 2015.
She then will have at least 3 days to decide which activity she would like to work on the most.

In addition, to help the decision-making process become easier, can you please ask the applying organizations to fill out and return to us the attached Intern Request Form before this Wednesday as well? The most important information is already included in your table, however, we would want to explore more in depth about their working conditions and other features to ensure the student a proper placement. We hope you can understand this for us.

As communicated previously, we have had a network meeting with our Child right working group members last Thursday. I have shared information about Sabrina who would like to have 3 month internship. Many organizations would like to have her as an intern. We have agreed that the priority will be given to local CSOs in order to capacity building for them as well.

As agreed, we will share them her CV and they will fill up the below table. Then, we will send you and she can select what type(s) of activities she would like to work with.

My name is Ha Nguyen from Student Exchange Vietnam (http://studentexchange.vn/), an education organization that supports students worldwide to find exchange opportunities in Vietnam.

At the moment, we are supporting one American student named Sabrina Zottoli and from Molloy College (New York) to find a 3-month social work internship in Hanoi starting from January 10th  2016. Sabrina is now a Social Work senior with a current GPA of 3.5/4.0 and so far has travelled to different places both inside and outside the US for a number of social work development projects and conferences. As mentioned in her attached resume, she was interning in Cape Town, South Africa last summer for a project working on education for local orphans. She does like working with children a lot.

If being selected by CRWG, Sabrina would not have any expectations rather than being given a chance to learn more about the situation and development of children rights in Vietnam. She is open to different internship positions that might/will be available. In addition, all the cost related to her travelling to/from Vietnam, accommodation and other daily expenses will be of Student Exchange Vietnam and Sabrina’s responsibility. CRWG will support the student with her work during the internship only.

After our interview with Sabrina last week, we noticed that this is a passionate and competent candidate who truly wants to devote her time to social development activities.
I attach in this email her resume, cover letter and unofficial university transcript and hope that you can give careful consideration to her application.
