Dear Colleagues of the Informal Rule of Law Working Group:

With apologies for possible duplicate notices, please find attached an invitation and agenda for the annual Legal Partnership Forum co-chaired by Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong and UN Resident Coordinator Pratibha Mehta scheduled for December 8 at the Sheraton Hotel at 8 a.m. As indicated in the draft agenda, the focus of discussions will be on progress made towards Resolutions 48 & 49, development and publication of the current UPR action plan, and the status of major amendments made to the Penal Code and their implications to the UPR.
