Dear các anh chị và các bạn,

Đến hôm nay là ngày 29, An vẫn chưa nhận được hồi âm nào trừ Saigon Children’s Charity.  Star Foundation muốn chúng ta gửi cho họ muộn nhất trong tháng 1 này. Tuy nhiên, tình hình này, chắc phải xin lùi lại thời hạn. An sẽ liên lạc với Star Foundation về việc này và báo lại với mọi người kết quả sau.

Dựa vào tiêu chí của họ, An xin đề cử 1 số tổ chức như sau:

-          Live and learn

-          Isee

-          RTCCD

-          Hội BVQTE

Đây là một cơ hội lớn góp phần nâng cao năng lực cho các tổ chức CSOs nên rất mong nhận được ý kiến phản hổi cũng như đề cử/tự đề cử của mọi người sớm.

Dear all,

I have not received any response except Saigon Children’s Charity. We are expected to submit our nomination by end of this month. However, it seems we would not meet this deadline. I will communication with Star Foundation for extending the deadline. I will inform you when I hearing from them.

Based on their criteria, I myself would like to nominate the following organizations:


-          Live and Learn,

-          Isee

-          RTCCD

-          VPCR

This is a prime opportunity to strengthen our local CSOs, so I would highly appreciate to receive your feedback as well as nomination/self-nomination as soon as possible.

Theo như cuộc họp hôm trước chúng ta đã thống nhất, chúng ta cần đề cử hoặc tự ứng cử trong nhóm trước ngày 9/1/2016. Hiện nay, An vẫn chưa nhận được đề cử hoặc tự ứng cử nào cả. An xin gửi lại thông tin về giải thưởng này để mọi người tham khảo thêm. Năm vừa rồi, tổ chức REACH đã nhận được giải thưởng này. Mọi người gửi giúp thông tin cho An trước ngày 24 tháng 1 là lastest nhé vì cuối tháng 1 phải submit cho Star Foundation rồi ạ.

Mọi người xem các tiêu chí này và: i) đề cử tổ chức CSO nào mà mình biết đạt được các tiêu chí này; và/hoặc ii) tự đề cử tổ chức mình nếu thấy đạt được các tiêu chí do Star Foundation đưa ra. As agreed on the previous meeting, we need to nominate or self nominate our organizations for the Star Foundation Award by Jan 9th 2016. Up to now, we still haven’t received any nomination or self-nomination yet. I re-enclosed herewith the Star Foundation Award for your reference. Last year, REACH have been selected for this award. Could you please send your nomination or self-nomination by Jan 24th as the lastest and the CRWG needs to send to the Star Foundation by end of this month.

Could you please have a look and consider these criteria and : i) nominate CSOs which meet these criteria and ii) self-nominate your organization if you think your organization meet these criteria. As requested by Star Foundation, CRWG is allowed to nominate 5 organization by mid Jan. Therefore, we would highly appreciate if you could consider and nominate/self nominate by Jan 9th 2016. Then, CRWG will discuss and select 5 organizations to nominate to Star Foundation.

Cảm ơn cả nhà đã có cuộc họp rất hiệu quả và chia sẻ nhiều thông tin bổ ích.

Như trao đổi, An xin gửi:

-         Minute cuộc họp với timeline đầy đủ, mặc dù biết cả nhà ai cũng bận, đặc biệt dịp cuối năm này nhưng mọi người cố gắng follow nhé. Nếu có vướng mắc hoặc gặp khó khăn gì, mọi người viết thư hoặc gọi điện cho An nhé. Nếu mọi người thấy trong minute còn thiếu points nào quan trọng thì email lại cho An nhé. Cảm ơn Chinh Save the Children, Giang- Thủy câu lạc bộ Ô Xinh và Hạnh Phúc ở trung tâm dân số và phát triển đã giúp đỡ và hoàn thành biên bản cuộc họp.

-          Data collection template để thu thập thông tin chuẩn bị cho phiên đối thoại chính sách với Đại biểu quốc hội và các bộ nghành.

-          Thông tin về bạn Cán bộ xã hội người Mĩ muốn làm intern 3 tháng (CV, Cover letter, University transcript). Nếu tổ chức nào quan tâm thì điền vào bảng form Intern request và gửi lại cho An trước ngày 25 tháng 12 nhé

Many thanks for all of you for the fruitful and informative meeting.

As discussed, I would like to share the following documents:

-          Minute meeting with full deadlines. We all understand that it is year end and we are all busy. However, we have no other choices. If you need any support, please do not hesitate to email or call me. If you found any important points missing, please email me too. Special thank to Chinh Save the children, Giang and Thuy from O Xinh club and Hanh Phuc from Center for Population and Development for taking minute.

-          Data collection template to collect information in order to prepare for the Policy dialog with National Assembly members and relevant ministries.

-          Information about a social worker who are looking for an intern opportunities for 3 months in Vietnam. (CV, Cover letter, University transcript). If you are interested in, please fill up the attached intern request form and send back to me by Dec 25th as the latest.
