chức Cứu trợ Trẻ em hôm nay có công bố báo cáo toàn cầu
End of Childhood 2018, trong đó có đánh giá xếp hạng các
quốc gia dựa trên yếu tố tuổi thơ của trẻ em kết thúc sớm
hay muộn.<o:p></o:p></span></tt></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><tt><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Báo
cáo này dựa trên một loạt các chỉ số đánh giá có liên quan
đến tuổi thơ của trẻ em ví dụ như tình trạng tảo hôn, mang
thai ở tuổi vị thành niên và tỉ lệ tử vong ở trẻ em. <o:p></o:p></span></tt></p>

style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></tt></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><tt><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Trong
bảng xếp hạng này, Việt Nam đã rớt từ hạng thứ 92 xuống
hạng 96 trên bảng xếp hạng các quốc gia tốt nhất thế giới
dành cho trẻ em. Trong báo cáo, chỉ số liên quan đến suy
dinh dưỡng là chỉ số mà Việt Nam bị đánh giá là đạt được
tiến bộ ít nhất. Vẫn có hơn 24% trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi của
Việt Nam bị suy dinh dưỡng thể thấp còi – cao hơn gấp gần
3 lần so với mức trung bình của cả khu vực Đông Á và Thái
Bình Dương. Cũng theo nội dung báo cáo, trẻ em nghèo ở
Việt Nam có nguy cơ bị suy dinh dưỡng thể thấp còi cao gấp
7 lần so với trẻ em giàu và có nguy cơ phải lao động sớm
cao gấp 8 lần.<o:p></o:p></span></tt></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><tt><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Từ
báo cáo này, Tổ chức Cứu trợ Trẻ em kêu gọi sự phối hợp
liên ngành và sự tham gia của các khu vực công, tư, cơ
quan chính phủ, cộng đồng phát triển, và các nhà tài trợ
để đóng góp cho những nỗ lực nhằm cải thiện điều kiện sống
cho những trẻ em bị thiệt thòi của Việt Nam. Tổ chức Cứu
trợ Trẻ em cũng kêu gọi chính phủ các nước trên thế giới
nỗ lực đảm bảo rằng sẽ không có trẻ em nào bị tử vong vì
những nguyên nhân có thể phòng ngừa hoặc cứu chữa được
hoặc trở thành nạn nhân của nạn bạo lực; bị mất tương lai
do suy dinh dưỡng, kết hôn sớm hoặc bị bắt buộc kết hôn,
mang thai sớm hoặc bị bắt buộc phải lao động sớm, và trẻ
em phải được tiếp cận dịch vụ giáo dục có chất lượng.<o:p></o:p></span></tt></p>
