 Dear all,


“Inclusion and the Right to participation in public life” is the topic of
2012 Human Rights Day (HRD). It is also the mission of Vietnamese
governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, individuals and
international partners in Vietnam.


 We would like to invite you to join the community of human rights
practitioners to celebrate the Human Rights Day and the adoption of the
ASEAN Human Rights Declaration (AHRD) at 15h15 on 10 December 2012 at Press
Club, 59A Ly Thai To, Hanoi. The event is co-organised by six networks of
Vietnamese NGOs, including CIFPEN, DOVIPNET, GENCOMNET, GPAR, CSOs-CSR, and
PPWG. At the ceremony, guest speakers and participants from the Government
agencies, the UN, International organizations, Research Institutes and
Vietnamese NGOs will join discussions on:

[image: *]   Celebration of the Human Rights Day with the theme of 2012 for
Inclusion and the right to participation in public life;

[image: *]      Welcome the adoption of the ASEAN Human Rights Declaration
and its implications for Vietnam and ASEAN community;

human rights.

Hòa nhập và Quyền tham gia vào đời sống chung” là chủ đề được Liên Hợp Quốc
lựa chọn để kỷ niệm Ngày Nhân quyền 10/12 năm nay. Chủ đề này cũng chính là
mục tiêu chung mà nhiều cơ quan nhà nước Việt Nam, các tổ chức phi chính
phủ và đối tác quốc tế ở Việt Nam đang hướng tới.

Kỷ niệm Ngày Nhân quyền và nhân dịp thông qua Tuyên bố ASEAN về Quyền Con
người, trân trọng kính mời Ông/Bà tới tham dự một lễ kỷ niệm chung của
những tổ chức và cá nhân đang công tác trong lĩnh vực thực thi và thúc đẩy
quyền con người vào lúc 15h15 ngày 10 tháng 12 năm 2012 ở CLB Báo Chí, 59A
Lý Thái Tổ, Hà Nội. Đồng tổ chức sự kiện này là sáu mạng lưới NGOs tại Việt
Nam (GENCOMNET, GPAR, PPWG, DOVIPNET, CSOs-CSR và CIFPEN) cùng một số tổ
chức NGO khác. Tại lễ kỷ niệm, các diễn giả và khách mời từ các cơ quan nhà
nước, Liên Hiệp quốc, các tổ chức quốc tế, các viện nghiên cứu và các tổ
chức phi chính phủ Việt Nam sẽ cùng thảo luận về:

[image: *]    -  Kỷ niệm Ngày Nhân quyền với chủ đề năm 2012 về Hòa nhập và
Quyền tham gia vào đời sống chung;

[image: *]      - Chào đón việc thông qua Tuyên bố ASEAN về Quyền Con người
và những ảnh hưởng quan trọng với Việt Nam và cộng đồng ASEAN;

[image: *]      - Vai trò của các tổ chức phi chính phủ Việt Nam trong việc
bảo vệ và thúc đẩy quyền con người.
