Dear DWG's members,

As informed in the last email, we would like to send the provisional
agenda for the next DWG meeting on April 12 at 2 PM at NGO Resource
centre (La Thanh Hotel-218 Doi Can St- Ba Dinh Dist - Hanoi)

The meeting content would be divided into 3 main parts:

  Part 1: Presentation about one project or technical subject that related to one of topics planned in the Action Plan 2013 of DWG. The
presentation should be registered in advance and selected following order of registration.

Part 2: All member organization can share and comment about this presentation but mainly focus on similar difficulties/challenges to
learn more experiences as well as recommendation shared from other projects/organization
Part 3: Time for all member share or invite everyone to important events coming or other announcement/ information.

Regarding of presentation: ACDC has registered last time after Spanish Red Cross with two topic:" Law consultancy for People with disabilities"
and " Cactus still bloom" so following order ACDC will decide one of these two topics for presentation in the next meeting
Regarding of discussion part, thanks to all members prepare relevant information/topics in advance to share Regarding of other topic: we will discuss about day 18/04 - National Day for people with disabilities.

Nội dung cuộc họp sẽ được chia thành 3 phần nội dung chính:
Phần 1: Trình bày chia sẻ kinh nghiệm theo chủ đề được nêu trong Kế hoạch hoạt động của nhóm năm 2013. Các bài trình bày sẽ được đăng ký
trước đó và được chọn theo thứ tự đăng ký.

Phần 2: Các thành viên trong nhóm cùng thảo luận và chia sẻ các hoạt động dự án cùng đề tài vừa được trình bày. Tuy nhiên chú trọng nhiều vào
những khó khăn và thách thức mà mình gặp phải. Đây là cơ hội để tất cả các thành viên đều được tham gia để cùng chia sẻ những khó khăn cũng như
tìm kiếm những bài học kinh nghiệm cũng như các gợi ý và giải pháp cho các dự án đang thực hiện trong cùng lĩnh vực

Phần 3: Thời gian cho các thành viên thông báo các sự kiện của tổ chức hoặc chia sẻ những thông tin khác có liên quan

Đề tài trình bày trong lần họp này được đăng ký bởi tổ chức ACDC về "Tư
vấn pháp luật miễn phí cho NKT" hoặc " Xương rồng vẫn nở hoa" - ACDC sẽ
xác nhận một trong hai nội dung sẽ được trình bày trong cuộc họp sắp
tới. Phần trình bày thuộc đề tài: Vấn đề tiếp cận: tiếp cận các dịch vụ
dành cho người khuyết tật. ACDC đã đồng đăng ký với tố chức Spanish Red
Cross trong cuộc họp lần trước nên theo thứ tự ACDC sẽ trình bày trong
cuộc họp sắp tới.
  Trong phần thảo luận, xin các tổ chức thành viên vui lòng chuẩn bị trước
các nội dung có liên quan để cùng nhau chia sẻ
