[Disability-vn] Next meeting of Disability Working Group on 28 February, 2013 at NGORC 14-16 PM

Dear all,

This is a gentle reminder about DWG meeting tomorrow at NGORC from 14 to 
16 Pm. We do hope that you all can be joining with us to start up 
Disability Working Group activity in 2013. This is the first meeting 
chairing by our two new Co-Chairs Ms. Duong Thi Van - Chairperson of DPO 
Hanoi and Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh - Communication Coordinator of 
Handicap International in Vietnam**. We are confident that they
will further enhance achievements of the Working Group during the coming 
time.

To support for the group operation together with Co-Chairs, we do hope 
that all core group members would be presented at the meeting and are 
willing to help any necessary issue  if required.

Dear colleagues and friends of DWG,

The first words Ms Van and I would like to wish you all a new year 2013 
Good Health and Wealth!!!
According to the Meeting Minutes of the last meeting dated 21/12/2012 
the next meeting and the first meeting of the year 2013 will be 
organized *on 28/02/2013 from 14:00-16:00 *at the NGO Resource Center.

The content will be included:

  * Representative of each organization will present about their new
    activities as well as strategy in year 2013 to share an overview of
    all activities related to PWDs to every member of the DWG (5
    minutes/organization and this will be included into the
    Self-introduction section at beginning of the meeting as usual)
  * A presentation on sharing Mid-term evaluation results of projects
    done by Spanish Red Cross that registered by Ms Mai Anh to share
    Learning lessons/experiences to other projects
  * Review objectives and activities mentioned in the Work Plan 2013 and
    call for commitment from all members to ensure all objectives are
    achievable and DWG will be more effective and dynamic in 2013.

According to the last meeting minutes we would like to welcome Caritas 
Swiss to join us in DPO development.

Because of the first meeting of the year and it comes right after TET so 
Co-chairs group would like to apology that we couldn't prepare the 
meeting with corresponding topic as mentioned above. This meeting will 
be considered as the first kick start for DWG to be ready for a new year 
which is very effectively and resulted.

Trước hết em xin gửi lời chào và chúc mừng năm mới đến toàn thể các anh 
chị đồng nghiệp. Em và chị Vân xin kính chúc anh/chị một năm mới an 
khang và thịnh vượng.
Theo biên bản cuộc họp của nhóm DWG vào cuối năm 2012 (21/12/2012) thì 
cuộc họp đầu tiên trong năm mới 2013 sẽ được tổ chức vào *Thứ Năm ngày 
28/02/2013* tại Phòng họp của NGO Resource center từ 14:00-16:00.

Nội dung cuộc họp bao gồm:

  * Mỗi tổ chức sẽ trình bày về những hoạt động và định hướng phát triển
    của mình trong năm 2013 để chia sẽ bức tranh chung về các hoạt động
    liên quan đến người khuyết tật(mỗi tổ chức được 5 phút và phần giới
    thiệu này sẽ được tiếp nối trong phần Giới thiệu bản thân khi bắt
    đầu cuộc họp).
  * Phần trình bày về kết quả lượng giá giữa kỳ của các dự án thuộc tổ
    chức Spanish Red Cross mà chị Mai Anh đã đăng ký nhằm chia sẽ một số
    bài học kinh nghiệm trong quá trình triển khai các dự án đến các
    thành viên
  * Điểm lại các mục tiêu và hoạt động của nhóm đã được soản thảo trong
    kế hoạch hoạt động 2013 và nhận được sự cam kết thực hiện của các
    thành viên nhằm giúp cho nhóm hoạt động được hiệu quả và năng động
    hơn trong năm 2013

Theo kế hoạch hoạt động năm 2013 nhóm sẽ có 5 chủ đề chính:

Do đây là cuộc họp đầu tiên và được tổ chức ngay sau Tết nên nhóm 
Co-chair xin cáo lỗi vì đã không chuẩn bị nội dung cuộc họp theo đúng đề 
tài như đã đưa ra nên cuộc họp lần này sẽ mang tính chất khởi động của 
nhóm để chuẩn bị bước vào một năm mới làm việc hiệu quả và kết quả.
