[Disability-vn] Next Disability Working Group meeting

Dear chị Ly and colleagues,
As you knew in the previous I sent, I proposed that we will discuss about Asociation Law in the meeting in September. However, I just recornized that 4/8 will be deadline for sending comments on this Law. As such, I suggest that we should give this Law some time in our meeting this 30th July.

Please be prepared for it.
