[Disability-vn] Getting your update for Matrix on disability

Happy New Year 2016! the year of Monkey will bring you happiness and 
success!!

As you know our group matrix on Disability is out of date. Therefore 
following the action points of the Disability Working Group meeting, we 
are sending you all the template of matrix on Disability (attached 
file), please spend just 10 minutes to fill in this matrix with your 
organization' information. Your inputs are highly appreciated. The 
compiled one will be share with you when it's available and will be 
posted on Group's subpage.

Please kindly finish your update by filling in the matrix and send us 
before 27 January, 2016.
