Dear registered participants,

We regret to inform you the pre-application conference in Hanoi or Ho Chi
Minh City that you have registered for *is cancelled *due to the lapse in
the U.S. Government's appropriations. As a result, we have *extended the
due date for questions from January 19 to January 24, 2018, 5 pm Hanoi
local time *to help compensate for a lack of a conference.
We have amended the RFA for those changes and posted the RFA amendment on
Grants.gov. Please follow the below link for full document of the RFA
