Dear colleagues and friends,

This is a quick announcement of a meeting of the Agent Orange Working 
Group hastily arranged as a matter of convenience for out-of-towners, to 
take advantage of another meeting scheduled by the Landmines Working Group.

*The Agent Orange Working Group will meet on Wednesday afternoon, 22 
May, at 2:00 p.m. at PACCOM Office, N0 105 A Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi

This follows the morning meeting of the Landmines Working Group – which 
we hope will make it easier for people from out of town to attend both 
meetings because there are mutual and shared interests among many.

There have been many encouraging and hopeful developments related to 
issue of AO / dioxin in recent months, which we will share and discuss.  
Hopefully we will have some input from our friends at USAID because they 
are a key player in new initiatives related to AO / dioxin, but they 
have not confirmed yet – due to the late timing of this announcement.

Anyone else who has suggestions for items to discuss, please pass along 
your recommendations right away.  In particular, let us know if you have 
need for a projector or other presentation materials.

And please respond as soon as possible about whether you can attend, so 
we’ll be sure to have enough chairs and other suitable arrangements.
