You are probably already aware that PACCOM is planning the Third
International Conference on Vietnam & Foreign NGOs
Cooperation, to be held in November. </big> <big><br>
<br>
As part of the program there will be two presentations on INGO
participation in VOCATIONAL TRAINING and INCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT
OPPORTUNITIES. There will be a presentation by a representative
from a relevant ministry, and one by a representative for
international NGOs. </big> <big><br>
<br>
The audience for these sessions will include local and
international INGOs, bilateral and multi-lateral development
agencies, embassy delegates and representatives from Vietnamese
ministries, mass and people's organizations and local
authorities. </big> <big><br>
<br>
Your help gathering information for these two reports would be
greatly appreciated. </big> <big><br>
