partnerships and innovation, HIV/AIDS, climate change and disaster risk
reduction, disability and vulnerable populations, avian and pandemic influenza,

Institute of International Education (IIE), a U.S. non-governmental
organization. IIE has been working in Vietnam for more than two decades to
