Dear DMWG mailing list members

This is a test email.

A subscriber to the mailing list has reported that e-mail messages from 
the list arrive empty but have an attachment which the subscriber needs 
to open. This slows done browsing of emails significantly and it is not 
the case with e-mails coming in from any of the other working groups.

We are trying to discover if other subscribers have this problem.

The purpose of this email is to investigate the issue further.
