Dear anh Gia et.al.,

As discussed in the ad-hoc DMWG meeting we would like to share with you the Irish Aid's Implementation Process for Unconditional Cash Grants for Flood Recovery in Vietnam. This document was co-prepared in Sept 2011, by Irish Aid (IA), Plan in Vietnam, and Center for Rural Development (CRD).

It was also understood that PACCOM will check with IA on the amount available of the grant and how to switch it to help the recent hit provinces.

Thank you all for sharing with us the information and stories about children at the fish cages in Cat Ba islands, which is a great example of CBDRM.

All the best,
Em: Trung
