[dmwg] Invitation to a consultative workshop for introducing disaster risk reduction into schools

Dear All,

You are cordially invited to a consultative workshop for introducing
disaster risk reduction (DRR) into schools held by the Ministry of
Education and Training (MOET) *on 18th January at 13h30 at Conference Hall
A, 2nd floor, Ministry of Education and Training Office, 49 Dai Co Viet,
Hanoi*.

The content of the workshop will include:
- A presentation of the draft “Introduction of content on Disaster Risk
Reduction into schools for the period 2012-2020”
- A  presentation of the report "Mapping Climate Change and Disaster Risk
Reduction Education and Communication in Vietnam" by Live and Learn
- A discussion on the content and approaches to introducing DRR into
schools for the period 2012-2013

Please find attached the official invitation from MOET in Vietnamese and
note that the workshop will be in Vietnamese. Please arrange a Vietnamese
colleague to accompany you if you wish to access the information in
English.
