[dmwg] Postpone monthly meeting of April

Dear Colleagues,

The monthly meeting of DMWG in April is scheduled on 25th April, however due
to the busy time, most of the core members will not be able to attend,
therefore we have to cancel the DMWG meeting this month and will continue
our next meeting on 23rd May, we will circulate the agenda later.
