[dmwg] CRS seeking consultant for writing baseline survey - Disaster Risk Reduction

Dear all,
CRS is looking for a national consultant to write baseline survey – DRR Project with tentative timeline from 13 August to 28 August 2014
Requirements for the consultants:

  *   Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) on disaster risk management
  *   Proven strong analytical skills and previous experience in data entry using statistical analysis software
  *   Fluent in Vietnamese and strong aptitude in English, verbal and written
  *   Ability to deliver outputs under pressure
  *   Flexibility

i)                    Expression of Interest;

ii)                  A tentative work plan with indicative budget,

iii)                CVs demonstrating relevant capacity and experience.
