[dmwg] Meeting minutes of DMWG December 2013 - New Chairman was selected

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Firstly, let us wishing you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014!!! hopefully the 
new year will bring you the happiness and successes in life.

We would like to thank Oxfam for taking chairmanship in the last 6 
months, Particularly, to Mr. Vu Xuan Viet and Mr. Provash Mondal for 
their great coordination of the group activities with a range of 
meetings, workshops and emergency response events during the disaster 
season, compiling & facilitating the input/contribution for successful 
International Conference 3, which has been held by VUFO-PACCOM. We do 
hope that Oxfam team team, Provash and Viet will continue active 
participate and support to the group in the the next period of time.

We also welcome, and let join us in congratulating the new Chairman 
organization Care International Vietnam, specially Mr. Tran Manh Hung - 
Emergency Coordinator for his willingness to play the chairmanship role 
and support the group activities in the next six months in 2014. We are 
sure that Care International team and Mr. Hung will maximize the Working 
Group's achievements during the time that they holds the position of chair.
