[dmwg] CRS seeking consultant for Project evaluation - Disaster Risk Reduction

Dear all,
CRS is looking for national consultant to write evaluation report – DRR Project with tentative timeline from 10 August to 30 September 2014
Requirements for the consultants:

·         Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) on disaster risk management

·          Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative program evaluation

·         Proven strong analytical skills and previous experience in data entry using statistical analysis software

·         Excellent and demonstrable skill of PRA and working with communities

·         Respect to the local cultures and communities

·         Fluent in Vietnamese and strong aptitude in English, verbal and written

·         Ability to deliver outputs under pressure

·         Flexibility.
