[dmwg] Refesh rapid assessment trainining for JAT

Dear Colleagues,

Following up the action plan of the DMWG, we are planning to organize a
refresh training course on rapid needs assessment for JAT members. I hereby,
on behalf of DWMG, would like to invite you all to participate in the
training workshop which is scheduled on 7 and 8 April in Hanoi, the venue
will be informed to you later. Please find attached the tentative agenda for
your information.

In order to preparation for the course, we would kindly ask you to:

1.       Update the participants from your organization

2.       Confirm the participation in the training workshop (to Ms. Kim Anh:
anh.ntk at care.org.vn) by CoB  27th March 2014.
