[dmwg] National Consultant for shelter assessment and house repair designs

Dear Colleagues,

Plan in Vietnam, in partnership with Save the Children in Vietnam, is implementing an integrated package of interventions in shelters, WASH and livelihoods funded by ECHO to support typhoon affected communities in Quang Binh province to recover after the typhoon hit using ‘build back better’ approach.

The project team is seeking for a national consultant for shelter assessment and house repair designs for the shelter component. Please find attached the TOR for more details, and kindly help us to circulate it to those who are interested in this consultant service. Closing date to apply for this consultancy: 05:00 PM, June 6, 2014.
