[dmwg] Typhoon forecast 2014

Dear Colleagues,

The Tropical Storm Risk has forecasted that this year, the typhoon season in
the Northwest Pacific region will be the most active since 2004. This
prediction has probability of 69% based on their statistic analysis, please
find the attached document for the detail.
