provide TOT on HVCA (Hazard, Vulnerability, Capacity Assessment) in 
disaster & climate change and Consultancy works on HVCA activity in Phuc 
Son and Suoi Giang communes , Van Chan district, Yen Bai province (Tập 
huấn cho Tập huấn viên (TOT) về Đánh giá HVCA (Hiểm họa- Tình trạng 
dễ bị tổn thương- Năng lực) đối với thiên tai và Biến đổi khí 
hậu (BĐKH) và Tư vấn hoạt động Đánh giá HVCA tại 2 xã Phúc Sơn và 
Suối Giàng, huyện Văn Chấn, tỉnh Yên Bái) from 01/12/2014 đến 
9/12/2014.
