Dear Hanh,

waiting for some replies on our invitation to the opening session, I would
like to share with you some organizational issues.

Regarding the materials we could provide to our guests and partners during
the opening session of ECO-RED, we would like to supply items according to
your policy; it wouldn’t be a problem to carry some pens, notebooks, bags
from Sapienza. But of course, HUST is hosting the meeting and we would like
to follow your indications.

Please let me know your idea and needs and we’ll act accordingly.

As informing in our former discussion, HUST will host the kick-off Meeting
of ECO-RED Project (Erasmus Plus, Key Action 2) in the period of 8-10
December, 2015 with the participation of the representatives from 3
European Universities and 3 Vietnamese universities. The tentative schedule
is enclosed with this email.

On behalf of the Project, HUST would like to invite you and your
representative to attend and have a remark if possible at the Opening of
the Meeting. Would you please confirm me your availability or advise me the
name of your representative so that I can send an official invitation?

P/S: Thank you for your good recommendation. Patricia Moreau from EACEA
contacted with HUST and we will host an Erasmus Plus Meeting for all
Erasmus+ projects in Vietnam. I think it will surely be an interesting

It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday.

The contact point for Horizon 2020 in Vietnam is Dr. Ca Tran NGOC (
tranngocca at gmail.com ) from Secretariat of the National Council for S&T
Policy (NCSTP).

However, when I initiated contact, he informed me that he is only the
contact point for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), not for
all the research fields. There are no other contact points for H2020 in
Vietnam except for myself.
