[dmwg] Baseline survey_new OFDA-Consultant

Dear all,


CRS is looking for a Consultant for Baseline survey "Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam" Project with details in the attached TOR.

Requirements:

1)      Being critical thinking, with good command of English (written and oral).
2)      Good data analysis, report writing in Vietnamese and English, and presentation skills;
3)      Have excellent experience/knowledge in conducting both quantitative/qualitative researches/surveys, especially in KAP study;
4)      Post-graduation degree in social sciences, statistics or related fields;
5)      Demonstrated ability and skills to analyze and report research findings in a related field;
6)      Previous documented research experience in the areas of Disaster Risk Reduction preferred;
7)      Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, SPSS or other statistic application.
8)      Good relationship with Government agencies at central and local levels;
9)       Ability to meet required deadlines.
