Thank you very much for taking time to complete the online poll regarding the 3rd Disaster Preparedness Forum on 2nd July. We received only 07 responses so far.

Based on your response, we understand that many of you/your organizations already registered for your participation in this forum, and will attend the forum on 2nd July. This means that your organization will be provided a booth for displaying materials on the day.

The organizer has offered DMWG a separated booth at the forum, Ms. Phan Thu Ha - Senior Working Groups Coordinator - will be focal point and represent DMWG at the DMWG's booth.

Therefore, if you still want to contribute to the DMWG's booth and shared your materials, please liaise with Ms. Ha (Cc.ed above) and provide her with your materials so that she can arrange and help with presenting at the event.
