The American Red Cross (ARC) Vietnam Delegation is seeking a qualified
person to fill in the position of Program Coordinator. The position-holder
will be based in the ARC Vietnam Delegation office in Hanoi and travel to
field sites in the different project provinces occasionally. The contract is
full-time for minimum 18 month duration.
