[dmwg] Update the working areas of agencies in the South Central and South Part of Vietnam

Subject: Support for households and communities affected by droughts in the south central and south part

Dear DMWG members,

As you all know that the south central and south part of Vietnam are now beeing seriously affected by droughts and that many affected people and communities need support from outsiders. Attached is a summary report of the drought for your information and consideration. 
 
The DMWG monthly meeting will be organized on Friday next week (18/ 3) at 2:00-4:00PM at NGO RC  to discuss on the drought situations, i.e.  whether we will respond to the drought conditions and/ or how we are going to support the affected households. A tentative agenda will be sent to you early next week. Please arrange your time to attend the meeting properly.
