[dmwg] Cancelling DMWG meeting tomorrow afternoon

Dear DMWG members,

As scheduled, our monthly DMWG meeting will be held tomorrow afternoon.
However most of member are not available for the meeting so the meeting
will be cancelled. We are sorry to inform you this change and hopefully the
change doesn't cause much inconvenience for you
