It looks that the incoming typhoon MANGKHUT (in addition to ongoing 
typhoon BARIJAT)  is quite powerful  and might affect a number of 
countries, including in Vietnam in the coming days. Attached please find 
the update from AHA Centre for your consideration and help in 
circulating to DMWG.
