Call for Proposals: Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) 2020-2021

The Embassy of Canada in Vietnam is pleased to launch its annual call for proposals for the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives. All projects must be completed by February 28, 2021 and must align with at least one of the following thematic priorities:
✔Gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls, including Women, Peace and Security and women in peacekeeping operations initiatives.
✔Inclusive governance, including diversity, democracy, human rights and rule of law, with a specific focus on LGBTI community, freedom of expression, association and religion.
✔Environment and climate action focusing on adaptation and mitigation, as well as on plastics waste.
✔COVID-19: Projects that will help local efforts to prepare for, respond to, and recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

Appel d’offres: Fonds canadien d’initiatives locales (FCIL) 2020-2021

L’Ambassade du Canada au Vietnam est ravie de lancer leur appel de propositions annuel pour le Fonds canadien d’initiatives locales (FCIL). Tous les projets doivent être terminés entre la date de signature de l'accord de contribution et 28 février 2021, et doivent s’aligner sur au moins une des priorités thématiques:

✔️l’égalité des genres et le renforcement du pouvoir des femmes et des filles, y compris les femmes, la paix et la sécurité et les femmes dans les initiatives des opérations de maintien de la paix.
✔️la gouvernance inclusive, y compris la diversité, la démocratie, les droits de la personne et la primauté du droit avec un accent particulier sur la communauté LGBTI, la liberté d'expression, d'association et de religion.
✔️Action environnementale et climatique axée sur l'adaptation et l'atténuation, ainsi que sur les déchets plastiques.

✔Quản trị nhà nước quan tâm đến tất cả, tôn trọng sự đa dạng, dân chủ, nhân quyền, và pháp luật; tập trun vào cộng đồng LGBTI, tự do biểu đạt, hoạt động hội và tôn giáo.
✔Hành động vì môi trường và biến đổi khí hậu, cụ thể trong lĩnh vực thích ứng và làm giảm nhẹ ảnh hưởng của biến đối khí hậu, và rác thải nhựa.
