Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder for implementing organizations, including UN Agencies, INGOs/NGOs and VNRC, to report on the attached template the basic information about response activities that are under way.

On Thursday 5 November, the RCO and OCHA will finalize and share the 4W dashboard with the information received until Thursday 10am. The 4W will be further updated on a regular basis.

Be reminded to report through your sector lead agency or directly to RCO/OCHA and ensure you are only reporting once. Kindly follow the instructions in the email below and use the attached Excel table for reporting.

Dear colleagues,

As agreed in the DMG, we need to ensure our collective response to this emergency is coordinated and transparent. The 4W is a useful tool for understanding who is part of the response, what they are doing, and where they are doing it.

Implementing organizations, including UN Agencies, INGOs/NGOs and VNRC are kindly requested to use the attached template to report basic information about response activities that are under way. Individual agencies can report through their sector lead agency or directly to RCO/OCHA. They should ensure they are only reporting once.

Activities should be limited to tangible assistance or services provided to affected people. Assessments should not be included.  Funding, on its own, should not be included.  Activities that are completed, ongoing or planned should be recorded.  A "planned" activity is one that is already funded and will definitely take place soon.

Information should be reported at the COMMUNE level.  This means each row should include an individual commune.  An activity which covers 10 communes should be recorded on 10 rows in the table.  Please use the drop down menus and please do not merge cells.
