[dmwg] Postpone the Joint Assessment Team (JAT) Training event on 3rd & 4th Nov. 2020

Considering the current situation, we are all verry verry busy with 
Emergency response to the affected areas. So the Group's Chair/Core 
members/orgainser decided to postpone JAT Training event on 3rd & 4th 
Nov. 2020. The new date for training will be decided and informed to you 
all later.

We are sorry for this unexpected change, we hope it may not cause much 
inconvinience to you.

You are cordially invited to attend 2020 Joint Assessment Team Training 
event. This will be hosted at UN Office. You also can invite your local 
partners to join the event.

As you know, the typhoon and flooding is already came and caused a lots 
of losses and damages in Central region recently. In order to do better 
preparedness for the context of more extreme disasters with diversified 
frequency and magnitude hit Vietnam, The DMWG core members including of 
PACCOM, NGOs, RED Cross, UN Agencies in collaboration with Partnership 
from Government will organize this annual training during 2 days on 3rd, 
4th November, 2020.
