[dmwg] Floods and Storms in Central Viet Nam: Flash Update

Dear Alberto et all,
Thank you for sharing the Flash Update No.1 on Flood in Vietnam. Kindly update that Plan International Vietnam has mobilized EUR 100,000 for emergency relief in Quang Binh and Quang Tri province. As plan, we will start the first distribution in Quang Tri this Saturday with focusing on food items and NFIs targeting most affected households in Huong Hoa and Dakrong districts.

By this chance, I'd like to introduce Mr. Melencio Angelo (Enan) will be focal person for Plan International in DWMG during my maternity leave. Please kindly keep him copied in next communication and any further update about flood and response actions.
