Dear members of DMG and DMWG,

Thank you very much for your valuable inputs to the draft TOR and the draft
2021 Action Plan of the GBViE SS. Please find attached the Final TOR and
Action Plan for your reference. Also I am very pleased to inform you that
we received the confirmation of Mr Tran Quang Hoai - Director General,
Vietnam Disaster Management Authority, MARD on the co-chairmanship of this
group.

To facilitate the 1st step for the implementation of the 2021 Action Plan,
please nominate individuals from each organization to serve as the
information focal point for the GBViE SS by filling in the table as the
below link:
