Dear all,
Kindly remind that should any of you be interested in READ Advisory Group (RAG) below, please help inform me.

Please note that the purpose of the RAG is to provide expert feedback into the development and rollout of READY's upcoming work. It will also give members the chance to network with peers around the world working in this space, our donor and members of READY's Strategic Advisory Group. The time commitment is a 2-hour meeting every other month and optional ad hoc 1:1 consultations and/or FGDs as needed

If you know of one or two people in your organization that you think we should reach out to that would be great. Please send us their name, title and contact details.
Looking forward to hearing back from any of you by 19 Feb.
Thank you so much for your attention
Regards/ Dang

Subject: Save the Children _upcoming modeling training on epidemiology and Modeling infectious Diseases in the Humanitarian Setting

Dear all,

Following Communities in Humanitarian Settings: COVID-19 Micro-trainings that some of you attended from 14 Sep to 25 Sep 2020, and on behalf of READY's initiative, Save the Children would like to share with all of you the following information.

  * Here is the link to one of our upcoming CP consultancies here. If you know of anyone you think might be a good fit for the role please let me know https://www.cpaor.net/sites/default/files/2020-12/Health%20and%20Child%20Protection%20ToR[1].pdf<https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cpaor.net%2Fsites%2Fdefault%2Ffiles%2F2020-12%2FHealth%2520and%2520Child%2520Protection%2520ToR%255b1%255d.pdf&data=04%7C01%7CLCardinal%40savechildren.org%7C5f2b499a1b89473d99be08d8b2761684%7Cd1934b2d792c47cca2f5fc634183cd2d%7C0%7C0%7C637455567546030148%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=rL1%2BY6wLDkD81aolC1aoaFFMI1zMm9LLbFBr6btMOjg%3D&reserved=0>.
  * Epidemiology and Modeling Infectious Diseases in the Humanitarian Setting. This is the brief for the upcoming Modeling Training. The plan is for the initial Asia session to start on March 11th and the application is open until January 31st .

The goal of this training is to equip participants with foundational infectious disease epidemiology and modeling concepts and basic skills to interpret common data that is available for humanitarian emergencies. This training will include 4 hours of online, self-paced videos, and approximately 5.5 hours of live training, over a period of 2 weeks. We will be holding three training sessions between February and April 2021 (Asia, ESA and MEE). Full details on this training, including session dates, criteria for applying, and a link to the online application, can be found in the attached flyer.

  * READY Advisory Group- feedback needed by the end of Jan. Attached it the TOR for the new READY Advisory Group that we would like to launch. The purpose of the group would be to provide regular, strategic feedback into READY's Year 3+ workplan activity development and rollout. It is great for us and an excellent opportunity for members to engage with peers across the globe and our donor. Please help read through the TOR and confirm if there is anyone you think would be a good fit that we could reach out to.

Thank you so much
I am looking forward to hearing back from you very soon,
Yours sincerely,
Dang
