France) has now 25 years (of activities) in Vietnam. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT style="size: 3" size=3 face=Calibri>Long way, long story, some
success,...and some failures.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT style="size: 3" size=3 face=Calibri>But finally the same commitment
than in 1989, contribute to make communities more resilient.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT style="size: 3" size=3 face=Calibri>In 1989, John Norton (DWF
President) and I started to work with Vietnamese people in Binh Tri Thien
Province.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT style="size: 3" size=3 face=Calibri>In 2014, John Norton and I would
like to invite you to share our vision of the work done so far and the remaining
challenges for safer housing / safer communities.</FONT></DIV>
