Oxfam in Vietnam, and Malteser International will jointly develop a professional and informative document on the best practices of community-based initiatives (CBIs) in response to climate change, in order to target policy makers.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

20 days) to conduct and outline a professional and user-friendly package of documentation<o:p></o:p></span></p>
