<p class="MsoNormal">Oxfam in Vietnam received a number of
requests from members of the DMWG, WASH Cluster, and
individual humanitarian partners for printed Sphere and HAP
handbooks in Vietnamese, mainly to serve as training
materials, as technical reference for emergency preparedness
planning, and for advocacy purpose as well. Oxfam have also
reserved small funding to print an addition of 2,000-2,500
copies of Sphere/HAP handbooks in Oct-Nov 2015.

In order to avoiding the duplication of printing the Sphere
Handbook in different organizations, DMWG would like to call
you for sending your requests of how many copies of Sphere and
HAP handbooks you would need? Please kindly send this request
