Consultant service for " Communication consultancy"

CARE Vietnam now seeking an consultancy to rationalize the program Launching event on communication aspect and maximize the available resource for the purpose of the event . The working location is  Ha Noi.
Interested consultants/agencies please study the details in the attached TOR file and send us your Application including (i) technical proposal/CV and (ii) Quotation. paying attention to the followings:

Interested consultants should contact us as soon as possible due to the urgent schedule as mention in TOR.
Please be noted that work stations for this assignment is HN. Consultant will be entitled to consultant fee during working in work stations but not to perdiem. And vice versa, the Consultant will receive perdiem during travelling outside work stations but not consultant fees.
