all of them share the main objective of improving performance of health service
providers (health facilities) reaching priority populations with health

Nghe An province with support from the World Bank and in Cao Bang and Bac Kan

information dissemination event: a practice exchange forum where stakeholders
and participants can share their experience and learn from each other. It will
be learning to compare developed PBF systems, define their similarities and
