Dear colleagues and friends,
UNDP Viet Nam seeks a National Consultant for review, assessment and analysis of provisions on trade and environment of the LEP in comparison with the international regulations and practical business environment in Viet Nam and providing recommendations for the revision of the Law on Environmental Protection.

The objectives of this assignment are to (i) Review and analyse the inconsistence, discrepancies as well as trends of issues relating to trade and environment of the LEP and related laws, in comparison with international regulations and business environment in Viet Nam; and (ii) Provide recommendations for trade and environment provisions for the revision of the LEP.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
