UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Consultant for Development of comprehensive RBM Strategy 2012-2016 for the UN in Viet Nam.

The objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive Results-Based Management (RBM) Strategy for 2012-2016 for the UN in Viet Nam, including a detailed action plan for implementation and a budget. The RBM Strategy will provide an overview of all key RBM requirements, responsibilities, systems, guidance and tools for results monitoring, reporting and evaluation. The strategy will include, among other components, a DaO Results and M&E Matrix as well as a framework for joint One Plan outcome evaluations.
